Why we are looking for this role?

We are looking for a Business Development Manager, who will closely cooperate with the development and delivery team and be in touch with the whole sales team. This person will be responsible for customer and partner acquisition.

As a Business Development Manager you will:

Your primary responsibility will be hunting for new potential customers and partners around the world. You will drive direct and channel business. You will be in touch with the management of potential customers and partners to explain to them the use cases, advantages, benefits of our solutions, and negotiate the business conditions. You will participate in sales materials preparation and run presentations for our potential customers and partners. You could also speak at trade shows and conferences. You will cooperate with the marketing, sales team, pre-sales consultants, and delivery team and work closely with the CEO, Sales Director, and the whole management team. You will share the company vision and be aligned with the company’s targets and strategy.

How do we imagine the person for this role?

Experience with B2B sales is a must. A big advantage is your experience in Security SW Sales. Experience with international and banking sales is a huge advantage too. You should have strong communication and presentation skills. We expect an independent, self-motivated, open-minded, customer-oriented person with ambition to hit the targets. You will constantly seek opportunities for our company’s success. You should be able to speak fluent Czech and English, but Czech is not required. We value an ability to communicate in any other world language (an advantage).
