Customer Care Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Providing customer service
  • Resolving clients’ requests
  • Cooperation with pre-sales and development department
  • Troubleshooting – 1st and 2nd level issues
  • Escalations to the 3rd level support or development team
  • On-call duties

Requirements

  • Experience with support position min. 1 year
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Communicative English
  • Knowledge of Linux platform (CentOS is an advantage)
  • Experience with SQL language, HTTP protocols, Jira and Confluence tools
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience with Docker, Kibana, Ansible, AWS, ELK – an advantage
  • Proactive approach and ability to learn new things
